1 Acceptance of Terms

Language of Agreement
The authoritative language of this Agreement is English. Any translated versions made available for informational purposes are provided as a convenience only. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall govern and prevail.
2 Eligibility & Age Restriction
18+ Only. The 133bdt platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. Underage gambling is prohibited. Age verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed.
To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on the 133bdt platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
- You are at least 18 years of age. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or wagering on 133bdt under any circumstances.
- You are registering and playing voluntarily and on your own behalf. You are not registering on behalf of another person or as an agent, representative, or nominee of a third party.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your location.

Age Verification Process
133bdt employs age and identity verification procedures as a mandatory component of the account lifecycle. While a basic account may be created and used for some initial activity, full verification is required before any withdrawal request can be processed. Verification documents may include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. 133bdt reserves the right to request additional documentation at any point and to suspend withdrawal processing until verification is satisfactorily completed.
Where 133bdt has reason to suspect that a player may be under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. Any funds deposited by a player subsequently found to be under 18 will be returned to the source payment method where technically feasible, and no winnings accumulated during the period of underage activity will be paid out.
Geo-Restriction
133bdt is operated primarily for the Bangladesh market and targets players located in Bangladesh. 3 Account Registration & Security
Each individual player is permitted to hold one account only on the 133bdt platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any pending balances being forfeited pending investigation.
Registration Requirements
When completing the 133bdt registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and payment method details. The use of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.
Account Security & Login Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 133bdt Login username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. You must not allow any other person to access or use your account. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are correctly entered — whether by you or by any third party who has gained access — is your sole responsibility, except where a security breach has been promptly reported to 133bdt.
- Choose a strong, unique password for your 133bdt account that you do not use for any other online service.
- Enable two-step verification (2SV) if available within your account settings for an additional layer of login protection.
- Never respond to unsolicited communications requesting your password, PIN, or account details — 133bdt will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.

Account Information Updates
You are responsible for keeping your registered account information up to date. If any registered details change — including your mobile number, email address, or payment method — you must update your account profile promptly. 133bdt is not liable for losses incurred as a result of outdated contact or payment information on your account.
4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
133bdt supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods designed specifically for Bangladeshi players. All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).
Supported Payment Methods

- The minimum deposit via bank transfer is ৳1,000.

- Bank transfer deposits typically credit within a few hours during normal Bangladesh Standard Time banking hours.
- Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
- 133bdt does not charge a fee for processing deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Withdrawals
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
- Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible.
- Full account verification (identity documentation) must be completed before any withdrawal is released.
- Withdrawals of winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements and conditions set out in Section 5 of these Terms.
- 133bdt aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one business day. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
- 133bdt reserves the right to request further documentation before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above ৳50,000.
Currency
All account balances, bet stakes, winnings, and bonuses on the 133bdt platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 133bdt does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required is the responsibility of your bank or payment provider.
All deposits and withdrawals must originate from accounts held in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger an account security review.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
133bdt periodically offers bonuses, free credits, free spins, reload offers, cashback deals, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. The acceptance of any bonus offer is voluntary. Once a bonus has been claimed and applied to your account, the following general terms apply unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise.
Wagering Requirements
All bonus credits and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms, which are published on the 133bdt promotions page. As a general guide, standard welcome bonuses carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers must be completed before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable).
Eligible Games & Minimum Odds
Not all games contribute equally — or at all — toward meeting bonus wagering requirements. Slot titles typically contribute 100% of each stake toward the wagering total. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at lower percentages or may be excluded entirely from wagering progress. Sports bets placed at odds below the minimum qualifying threshold specified in a promotion's terms do not count toward wagering. Each promotion's specific terms will list the applicable game contributions and minimum odds.
Bonus Expiry
All bonuses and the associated wagering requirements carry an expiry period from the date of issue. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated expiry window, any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. Expiry periods vary by promotion and are specified in each offer's terms.
Bonus Abuse
133bdt reserves the right to void any bonus, withhold associated winnings, and close an account where evidence of bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once; placing offsetting bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk; using automated software to fulfill wagering requirements; and colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms.
Promotional Changes
133bdt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the platform or registered email address where reasonably practicable.
6 Betting & Gaming Rules
The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the 133bdt platform. Specific rules governing individual sports markets, casino game variants, or fishing game formats are published within the respective game or market interfaces and form part of this Agreement by reference.
General Betting Rules
- All bets are final once confirmed. Stakes cannot be cancelled, reduced, or amended after the bet has been accepted by the 133bdt system.
- 133bdt reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were manifestly erroneous due to a system error, data feed failure, or human input mistake. Voided bets are returned to the player's account balance at the original stake.
- 133bdt reserves the right to impose maximum stake limits on any individual market, event, or player account at its sole discretion.
- In-play (live) bets are subject to any applicable market suspension periods. A bet request submitted during a suspension window will be held pending until the market re-opens, at which point it will either be accepted at the updated odds or declined.
- The official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BCB for BPL fixtures, FIFA for football) is the result used to settle all related betting markets.
Cricket Betting Specific Rules
For all cricket markets offered on 133bdt covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals: a match must complete its minimum number of overs as defined by the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method or the relevant competition rules for the match to be considered valid for settlement purposes. Any match abandoned before achieving the minimum valid match threshold will result in all pre-match bets being voided and stakes returned.
Casino & Slot Game Rules
All casino games and slot titles on the 133bdt platform use certified random number generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. Game results are generated independently on a per-round basis; previous rounds have no statistical bearing on future results. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each slot title are published within the respective game's information panel.
Disconnection Policy
In the event of an internet disconnection, power failure, or device malfunction during an active game round, the round outcome will be determined by the game server's records. Where a game round is confirmed as having been completed successfully by the server, the result stands and winnings (if any) will be credited to your account balance. 133bdt is not liable for losses incurred as a result of connectivity issues outside of the platform's control.
7 Prohibited Conduct & Fraud
Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 133bdt platform. Any player found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any associated funds may be withheld pending investigation.
Financial Fraud & Money Laundering
- Using the 133bdt platform to process, layer, or integrate funds derived from criminal activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.
- Making deposits and withdrawal requests with no genuine intention of engaging in gaming activity — commonly known as using a gaming account as a payment processing mechanism — is prohibited.
- Chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputed transactions initiated fraudulently against deposits made to your 133bdt account constitute fraud and will result in permanent account closure and recovery of any released funds.
Account & Bonus Manipulation
- Registering multiple accounts (whether in your own name or under fictitious identities) for the purpose of claiming welcome bonuses or other new-player promotions more than once.
- Sharing, selling, transferring, or purchasing 133bdt accounts.
- Using automated scripts, bots, or software to interact with the 133bdt platform, place bets, spin games, or fulfil wagering requirements.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings accumulated through a known or discovered system error must be reported immediately; failure to do so may be treated as fraud.
Match Fixing & Collusion
133bdt has a zero-tolerance policy toward match-fixing, spot-fixing, and any form of insider information exploitation. Players found to have placed bets using material non-public information about the outcome of an event, or found to have coordinated bets with other players to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage collusion), will have their accounts permanently closed and all associated winnings forfeited. 133bdt cooperates fully with cricket governing bodies, law enforcement, and sports integrity organisations where betting irregularities are identified.
8 Account Suspension & Closure
Voluntary Account Closure
You may request to close your 133bdt account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. Processing the final withdrawal may take up to five business days from the date the closure request is confirmed.

Involuntary Suspension or Closure by 133bdt
133bdt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete age or identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
- Detection of fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct, or suspected money laundering.
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
- Where continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to 133bdt.
- Where the player is found to have provided false registration information.
Where an account is closed by 133bdt for cause, any pending bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be withheld during the period of investigation and released only upon satisfactory resolution of the matter that triggered the closure.
Effect of Closure on Outstanding Bets
Account closure does not automatically void bets that were placed and accepted prior to the closure date. Open bets will be settled in the normal course according to the relevant market rules. Settlement proceeds, if any, will be handled as part of the account closure process.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 133bdt's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 90-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 133bdt is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any nature.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through 133bdt's internal complaints procedure should be referred to the applicable dispute resolution mechanism.
